The Rega Planar 1 Plus takes our most successful entry-level turntable and makes it even better. Designed for simplicity and superior sound, it now features a moving magnet phono stage, based on the multi-award-winning Fono Mini. This means you can connect your Planar 1 Plus directly to almost any system via a standard phono-to-phono or phono-to-3.5mm cable — no external preamp or amplifier with phono input required.

By integrating the phono stage directly beneath the tonearm, Rega eliminates extra cabling, reducing interference and ensuring the purest possible signal from your records.

The Planar 1 Plus retains all the qualities that made the original Planar 1 a favorite: a low-noise 24 V motor, precision hub bearing assembly, and a hand-assembled RB110 tonearm with a factory-fitted Carbon cartridge. Setup is quick and effortless — under 30 seconds from unboxing to first play — making it the most accessible and flexible Rega turntable ever.
